📍Laveria Lamarmora is part of an old industrial building, dating back to 1897, used for the cleaning and sorting of lead and zinc ores, which arrived from nearby mines. Thanks to its privileged position, it is possible to enjoy an incredible view that includes the sandy expanse of the Gulf of Gonnesa to the south, and the Pan di Zucchero cliff facing Masua beach to the north.

📍Santa Barbara cave is located inside the mine of San Giovanni and was accidentally discovered in April 1952. This cave, dedicated to St. Barbara, the patron of miners, has been preserved intact thanks to the difficulties of accessing the cave (only allowed through a spiral staircase placed inside a mine tunnel) and it is considered the oldest cave in Italy and Europe.

📍Carloforte
The town and port of Carloforte is on the east coast of Saint Peter's Island, a small island a few kilometres off the south-west coast of Sardinia.
Carloforte is an attractive small town and there are several scenic highlights close by as well as easy access to small beaches and coastline. It is possible to reach Carloforte by ferry from Portovesme or Calasetta.
