What makes me happy…
receiving a comment like this in my serviced accommodation (holiday let) guest book.
Can’t hope to do better than ‘phenomenal’
I usually get ‘top marks’ reviews on booking.com and Airbnb
but when someone describes your place like this, it brings a smile and reassures that you’re in the right business.
This business is hard work,
but I love it that people feel at home and can’t wait to come back!
