A big thank you!
After a very busy summer at Tuck Mill Cottage we would like to say a big thank you to all our guests who have made the past few months a real pleasure for us. It was lovely to meet visitors from all over. Here are a some of the comments made by a few of our guests:
B from Leeds Amazing cottage in a stunning setting with everything we could want and more. Great comfy bed, sofas to lounge on in rainy weather. Simply fantastic. We will be back!
L from Scotland Peaceful Ireland with beautiful view. Beautiful quiet tranquil location. Super easy access to local beauty spots and activities. Really liked the big comfy bed and having no noise pollution.
B from Mayo Perfect. The host Jan was extremely welcoming, tea, milk, home made bread & jam were so lovely after a long journey. The cottage is absolutely beautifully restored in a perfect picture postcard setting.
C from Netherlands Top location in an extremely quiet area. 200-year-old converted cottage in a super quiet location. Cottage features all modern luxury and has a wood-fired stove for the "atmosphere" in addition to central heating. Ideal starting point for walks in the Mourne mountains, Tollymore forest and Castlewellan forest park.
H from Surrey Fabulous cottage in a gorgeous area - a little piece of heaven! The cottage is in the most beautiful setting with a view of the Mournes and a lovely outdoor seating area. Inside has all the facilities you could need, with a really comfy bed and a log-burning stove. I highly recommend this accommodation and Jan was a great host.
As we move into the autumn we would like to remind everyone that we have reduced our minimum stay period from three to two nights. We hope this will give you to opportunity for that shorter autumn/winter mid week or weekend break.
