Meet Lucia, sales and reservations coordinator at Gonville Hotel. When asked what what makes Gonville Hotel special she says "The Gonville is an independent hotel which means that our guests will enjoy a unique and personalised experience. I love the bespoke décor in every room and the fact that we support the local communities by using only local suppliers"

On what Gracious Hospitality means to her, Lucia says "I truly enjoy making our guests happy. In fact, I’m often involved in personally decorating the rooms for special requests like birthdays and anniversary celebrations."

And Lucia's top tip for something not to miss when visiting Cambridge: "I love history and we are lucky enough to be located only 10 minutes away from the Fitzwilliam Museum which contains a world-renowned collection of over half a million beautiful works of art, gorgeous paintings and historical artefacts."
