Thailand Luxury Escape 🇹🇭

Just over a month ago I received a very exciting enquiry for a 40th birthday and anniversary celebration! Fast forward 3 weeks, and a couple of weeks ago, I confirmed a triple-centre stay in one of my favourite countries - Thailand 📍

We had an amazing honeymoon thanks to Elliott Rouse at Travel Counsellors. After a few chats in January, we arrived at our perfect itinerary. By June, the trip itself was exactly what we wanted—a few days relaxing in Zanzibar before moving on to the Serengeti, where we stayed at two lodges/camps. We were treated like royalty, and the staff were fabulous. Our game driver (organised by Elliott) was incredible; he knew everything. Topped off with a hot air balloon ride, we had the best safari experience. Even with some minor hiccups, Elliott and the TC team sorted everything out with no issues. Thanks, Elliott!

Honeymoon Dreaming... 💭💦

I just received these incredible 📸 from lovely customers of mine who recently returned from a stay at the beautiful Sun Siyam Iru Veli

What a place to honeymoon, right!? 😍

These particular customers knew they wanted to go to the Maldives but were really unsure how to choose what resort was best suited to them due to the many resorts on offer in the renowned Indian Ocean. However, this is exactly where I came in. We had an initial Zoom call for me to obtain all the information I needed to find out their likes, dislikes, interests, budget, requirements, and how they visualised their honeymoon, and I got to work!

The outcome? This amazing property that they had no idea it existed, which I found for them and they booked almost instantly... and of course, lifelong memories made 🥰

Italian Road Trip 🇮🇹 Customer Snaps!

Last month, I had customers self drive from Milan to Bologna via Lake Como, Cinque Terre, and the beautiful Tuscany, and guess what...? They got engaged in Lake Como 🤩

Charity Run Day!

Today I am taking on the challenge to run 23 laps of my local football teams, stadium Carrow Road (Norwich City) in aid of raising as much money as possible for

Please take time to read the story below about Reuben and what the special place of Reuben’s retreat does to support families who have lost children and to help and support children who face an uncertain future

Reuben’s Retreat was founded in 2012 after the tragic loss of Reuben Graham from an inoperable brain tumour at just 23 months old. Reuben passed away in his Mummy’s arms and she made him a promise there and then that his short but precious life would mean something to the world and Reuben’s legacy began. We support families after child loss and families whose children may face an uncertain future by providing a place to relax, recharge, remember & rebuild. We offer social, emotional and practical support through various initiatives including tailored peer support groups, interactive sessions such as music, animal and art therapy, one-to-one counselling, memory-making activities, seasonal events, bespoke memorial events, short UK breaks and unique gifted experiences such as days out, birthday parties and the likes.

We purchased an old cottage hospital directly from the NHS in 2014 which we are renovating in stages and are currently 6 phases into an ambitious 10-phase build project. We completed our bereavement support & counselling centre, ‘The Lodge’ in 2015 which is a multifunctional space with soft, welcoming counselling/therapy rooms. We then opened our fully accessible ‘Activity Wing’ in 2021. Our state-of-the-art facility houses a hydrotherapy pool with changing suite, sensory room with cinema area, playroom, parents kitchen, glazed reflective space and additional changing place. We are proud to say that since opening the wing, our hydrotherapy pool has provided over 2000 hours of memory-making fun and therapeutic sessions to families supported by Reuben’s.
