Archway Annex is a totally self-contained annex, with fridge freezer, microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher. It has all essential items (pots/pans/wine glasses/champagne flutes and much more) to be able to prepare and cook meals. There is also a breakfast bar at the end of the kitchen workspace if you prefer. The open plan living area has a new sofa with chaise longue and footstall, comfy cushions and throws to snuggle up under. A 50" TV is mounted on the wall with FreeView channels, Youtube and internet access to keep you entertained if need be. The feel of the annex is modern yet very homely. The space feels warm and relaxing, perfect for some downtime. The bifold doors open out onto a private patio area where you can sit and relax, overlooking the beautiful mature garden. A perfect place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine or have a morning coffee in the fresh country air. The annex has a lovely light and bright bathroom. With a big walk-in shower, modern toilet and basin suite. All fresh and clean with all towels provided. The bedroom is carpeted and boasts a very comfy Kingsize bed with a 42" TV mounted on the wall, again with all FreeView channels etc. There is a large wardrobe with lots of space for all belongings. All windows apart from the end of the annex (full bi-fold doors) looking down the garden are frosted with privacy glass, so you are not overlooked by us at all. Access is permitted to the driveway, back garden and patio area by the annex. No other areas are permitted for you to go into, and we ask you do not go any further than the garden (ended by the archway and laurel hedge). Other things to note
