Swap a cucumber 🥒 for a G&T this Friday - or maybe more than one…!

On Friday 16th June between the hours of 4pm-5pm, you can swap a cucumber for an ice cold Hendrick's G&T at the Skiddaw Hotel, Inn on the Square, Keswick, The Back Bar, Keswick and The Kings Arms Hotel but we need your help on what to do with the influx of cucumbers!! 🥒🥒🥒

We are looking for the best recipe suggestions on what we can do with all the cucumbers we receive. To be in with the chance of winning a bottle of Hendrick's Gin, please email your suggestions to [email protected]

The best recipe will be selected on Tuesday 20th June and the winner will be contacted via email.

If you’re in Keswick over the summer and are looking for something different to entertain the kids, we can recommend the Keswick Mouse Trail - our kids love it! Keswick Cheese Deli 🐁 🧀

Elijah (age 6) and Wyatt (age 8) have completed the Keswick Mouse Trail with their mum and dad. It was an incredibly hot day, but they managed to complete the trail. They are now proudly wearing their badges and showing you their maps that have been stamped. Super detective work boys; it was lovely to meet you both and your mum and dad. 🥰

Our Mouse Trail is up and running all year round and is good fun for all ages, not just children. Maybe it will show you somewhere in Keswick that you haven't seen before. Why not give it a go?

What a great idea Keswick Launch Company, we are regular users of the Hawse End shuttle service - and a 5 minute walk from Fellseeker’s front door!

A new local initiative between Keswick Launch Company and Keswick Rugby Club commencing on Wednesday 14th July 2021, will reduce vehicle overload on the west side of Derwent Water, as well as helping to reduce vehicle emissions in the Lake District National Park and World Heritage Site. https://www.visitkeswick.com/park-and-sail

🙋‍♀️ One of our favourite walks... not too difficult for little legs, and the view is well worth it!

Hands up, who’s seen the breathtaking view from the top of Castlehead? 🙋🏻‍♀️

It’s just a short walk from the park and the views are amazing! 🤩

Why not pick up a takeaway from Cafe Hope on the way and enjoy lunch on that bench with the best view in town! 😍

If you’re a regular in the Lake District, you’ll know you need to pack for all seasons 🤣 Snow in May 🤷🏼‍♀️
Hopefully the sun will be back very soon ☀️☀️

What is this white stuff on top of the fells ❄️ I’m sure it’s May 🤔 ☀️ Thought our guests would be bringing shorts & sunscreen like last weeks guests but hopefully they have packed their thermals & woolly hats!
