So the future of Life By Adventure Jake 6 and Mason 10 took on their very first trip and mountain summits. Both boys did extremely well even though they got woken up @04:15. They both climbed Pen y Fan and Clar don start to finish in 1 hour 58 minutes. Then after that took on the four falls hike and stood behind their first waterfall as well. Well my boys.

It’s be a while since we have posted anything as we have been working to bring new adventures to everyone. We are happy to announce we will be bring Morrocco to Lifebyadventure ltd in 2024. Climbing the tallest Mountain in North Africa MT TOUBKAL to Camel rides through the Sahara Desert. Also Surfing, Yoga and Meditation in Taghazout Bay.

Me and Lisa will be looking to complete the Welsh 3 peaks in March (within 24 hours) to help raise money for my daughters nursery teacher who unfortunately has been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer.

Her one wish is to go to Disney land with her family, however she has never been in a position to afford it. So I’m really hoping we can get as many donations as possible. Anything is appreciated!

Also a massive thank you to Darren and the team at LIFEBYADVENTURE for putting on this trip for us absolutely free of charge as it’s all for a good cause.

CHALLENGES: Lifes full of challenges, lifes hard it's not meant to be easy and in these challenging times makes us who we are. Me myself have just had one of the hardest chapters and seasons of my life so far. At times I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel or how I was going to come through the storm. But even though I couldn't see no way out I didn't stop grinding thanking god for all my blessings he had given before now and what he was about to give me. I stayed positive kept my head in a state of positivity worked out everyday without fail drank my daily intake of water fuelled my body with good food and took life head on. Six long hard months and now the light has finally showed itself and a new chapter is about to come and shine through. What I have learnt over my 43 years is when life knocks you down make sure you fall on your back as if you can look up you can get up. I've been homeless three times lost everything I had twice and didn't know where I was going to sleep one day to the next or when I could eat again. I've also gone through the worry anxiety depression , worried of how I was going to pay my bills ,feed & provide for my family. Even when you have to put £5 in the car as that's all You have , when you have low self esteem and don't like what you see in the mirror don't give up as you have to keep going as nothing lasts forever. Don't give up keep pushing forward and if you make a mistake take it own it and use it as fuel and growth. We will all make mistakes and we will make a new bunch the day after but these are what makes us great mould us into the person we want to be. Remember we are the director writer and star of our lifes and everyday is a blank page a new script and chapter and fresh start to get it right. Remember no matter how bad it is their is always someone getting it worse than you right now and would love to swap their life with yours in a heart beat. So if you are still here fighting grinding still pushing forward well done am proud of you keep going god bless 🙏🏻LBA

FEAR: Most of us are scared and don’t embrace the fear we battle with everyday. That new career or direction we want to take even opening that business we want , leaving a toxic relationship or letting those negative people go because it’s a family member or friend. As we are fear the mess or s**t storm that will come from it if we make a decision to make us happy or follow a passion or dream. So we sit around depressed unhappy always thinking how why what can I do. The answer is embrace that fear as when a situation like these scares the hell out of you that’s the perfect time to jump. As the guarantee is if we don’t jump the situation will never change. It’s better to jump and fail than never jumping at all. As we only learn from our failures we gain nothing from the wins only the loses in life. It’s better to try and fail than to sit there thinking what if. We only get one life so live it and stop doing things to make others happy if it’s making you miserable. It’s better to live a short but full life than a long life of misery. To make others happy you have to be happy within first find that peace and the rest will fall into place. As when you jump those that encourage you and are for you will shine and those that don’t you’ll know they wasn’t for you anyway just themselves. Be happy live your life as we only get one
and embrace the fear as it all starts with you. God bless 🙏🏻

SURROUNDINGS : The people we surround ourselves with will determing how we see life. If we have people in are circle that are negative also moaning how they didn't get this or that or how life owes them something it has a knock on effect. These people can be partners siblings family members even friends. Cut them loose you don't need people like that in your life and I know you'll be saying but it's family or he's been my boy or girl since nursery. Doesn't matter as not everyone deserves to be in your life. As we have to protect our energy at all times and need positive people around us to help us grow and push and support us to be the best possible version of ourselves. So look at those people and are they throwing logs on your fire or pi***ng on it?? Don't give your energy to people that don't give it back, find those that pull you up when your down hold you when you're weak and help you grow when on top. This is a massive key to a better life and the start of the new chapter. Go where your celebrated not where your tolerated, surround yourself with people who's eyes light up when you enter a room protect that energy and space at all Costs. God bless 🙏🏻

We have made it! Those that have woken up this morning and live to fight an other day well done. We are all blessed as that wasn't guaranteed. As we ride the storm which in some way everyone has a battle nobody can see or knows about even me. We keep going grinding pushing through the storm as we all have to go through a storm of some sort as what's waiting on the other side is far great than what we are going through right now. But it is also nessassary because what god has for us is far greater and the struggle thats shapinging us for the brighter day on the other side. I know depression is a tough thing to get through and over , me myself have lived with it. Exercise clean eating and most of all drinking water is the key to a new start then we change the mind and head space. We take small steps but we never quit as we get nothing from quitting apart from if we quit the guarantee is it will never happen. So let's make today a positive one as the only difference between a good day and a bad one is the mind. The great thing about waking up every morning it's a fresh start to make a difference and change we get a do over. Stay strong write your goals for the day hit them drink plenty of water eat a healthy meal and most importantly thank god 🙏🏻

No matter what you are going through and how bad the storm might seem remember one thing, every storm runs out of rain. So when life seems to have buried you see it as you've been replanted to grow into something beautiful. Everyday is a new start a new beginning to make a difference to change your life for the better. Don't worry about what happened yesterday as its in the past and we can't change it so forget about it. What matters is what we do now, so let's go get it people write your goals down make a vision board thank god and count your blessing everyday starting with just waking up. Don't live you're life looking in the review mirror that's why when you get in your car the review mirror is so small and the windscreen is so big. The review is what's passed and we can't change and the windscreen is so big as thats are future. Remember that and everyday is a new start to make a difference and the chance to change. Stay strong stay focused and believe in yourself like I believe in you. 🙏🏻 God bless 🙏🏻
