passing traffic. Conveniently just 10km from the airport, with no overhead aircraft noise, the urbanisation is Lower Monte Y Mar (translated means Mountains & Sea). Alicante City is 20 minutes away, Santa Pola Town is 10 minutes away. Both are served by a regular bus service, private car (if applicable) or taxi. These lovely places to visit have bars & restaurants galore, plus marina/harbour areas and of course beaches with water sports available (boat hire, jet skis etc). The outside bar/kitchen is fully equipped with: large fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, oven. hob, microwave, bbq, work surfaces and sink. All utensils, crockery and cookware are also provided, over and above the inside fully kitted house kitchen. The Villa is surrounded by high walls providing privacy and security. It has both pedestrian access via a lockable gate, or vehicular access via an electric sliding gate. The front door to the villa is via a terrace area with rattan sofa seating area. Into the open plan large lounge/dining area which is air-conditioned you’ll have access to the newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen with a glazed door to the rear garden. Off the lounge there’s a lobby area with access to the 2 ground floor bedrooms and newly refurbished house shower room. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, walk through dressing area and newly refurbished en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has 2 full sized single beds (can be pushed together). Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and are air-conditioned and have ceiling fan/lights. Bedroom 3 is accessed from the stairs off the lounge area and has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning plus ceiling fan/light and an en-suite shower room. This room also has access to the fabulous roof terrace with lovely views. There are sun loungers, a table and chairs to relax on. A great feature of this villa is the basement, accessible both from a door in the inside kitchen (via a staircase), along with an external door from the garden, meaning entrance can be gained without disturbing the floors above. As it’s a basement it is always cooler than the rest of the house so does not require air conditioning. Bedroom 4 has a double bed along with a single, wardrobe and a ceiling fan/lights. Bedroom 5 has 2 singles and a fold down bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan/lights. There is a large shower room serving these bedrooms along with a spacious lounge area with TV and dartboard. PRICES

25% deposit payable on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
£500 security deposit is payable required 2 weeks before your arrival. This will be used to cover your electricity usage along with any damage/ breakages. The balance will be refunded to you. In addition to these prices there is an end of stay laundry & cleaning charge of €150 which you pay direct (in cash) to the key holder on leaving. Electricity is charged at 0.30 Euro per KW/h, which will be deducted from your security deposit as mentioned above. No Stag Hen Or single s*x groups
