We have a stunning, spacious two-bedroom apartment, with a spectacular sun terrace and poolside

view, in the picturesque village of Alvor, Western Algrave, Portugal. On and close to the complex you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. Many golf courses are located within 30 minutes, including 18-hole Alto golf course and academy, which is just a 10 minute walk away. The nearby beaches are renowned and range from isolated sandy coves with beautifully coloured cliffs, to long stretches of pristine sand with beautiful coves tucked under the cliffs.

We will no longer be taking bookings for our chalet in Aberystwyth due to having recently sold the property. We would like to thank all of our previous guests who have enjoyed stays with us at Clarach Bay over the years!

Our apartment in Alvor, Portugal remains unavailable at this time and we are not currently taking any new bookings. We will be updating our social media channels in the future should this position change.

We are reluctantly selling our holiday chalet which has been used as our family holiday home for the past 12 years. Guide price of £12,000, which includes new owner transfer cost. Site fees have been paid covering up until January 2024 (annual site fees cost approximately £4,000).

Our chalet is in one of the best locations on the park, situated on the top row with sea and idyllic countryside views. We have completed extensive refurbishments over the years, ensuring to keep our chalet at a high standard. The chalet has had a new roof fitted and has recently been redecorated.

The chalet has allocated parking, is double glazed and has electric heating. There are 2 bedrooms, a lounge area, galley kitchen, bathroom with shower and storage space. All fixtures, fittings and furniture are included in the sale price (2 x TV’s, 2 x sofa’s (one of which is a double sofa bed), fridge freezer, twin single bunkbeds, double bed and much more!).

Electric safety checks and certificates are all up to date and the property is ready to be transferred to new owners immediately. We have recently signed a 7-year licence agreement with Clarach Bay which is in effect until 31st October 2030.

Clarach Bay is a well-maintained popular holiday location, making it a great investment for anyone looking for a UK holiday home. There is plenty to do onsite with great facilities for families and the chalet is in close proximity to Aberystwyth town which is only a short walk away.
