⚠️ It has come to our attention that our reputation may be getting unfairly tarnished ⚠️

It starts with confusing emails...

We have received a few emails over the years from upset people asking about their orders etc. We find out we have never received an order from them and their order confirmation number is nothing like ours. 🤔

We dig around and...

Turns out, there's another company out there whose name is very similar to ours!! We are nothing to do with them, and we are just horrified by the bad experiences their customers have had.

We have NOTHING to do with this other company. 🤬😢

Who we are:

❤️ We are The Parfum Club and we have built a really good reputation; selling face to face and online.

❤️ We are proud of our perfumes and we know our customer service is excellent. We treat others how we'd want to be treated.

❤️ We have taught some customers how to order things online when they weren't confident with using computers.

❤️ We have helped so so many people find fragrances they love! Find fragrances they feel confident in. Find fragrances they did not think they'd ever be able to afford.

❤️ We have learnt so much from all our customers too! What combinations people love, what motivates them to buy and their amazingly supportive and kind words have driven us!

❤️ Did you know, we started out selling in car boots! We now continue to work long hours out in all weathers so we can meet you guys, and spread the love! (Cheesy but 100% true).

TODAY, I didn't have a great start to the morning. It was raining hard, it was cold. I felt a bit deflated.

But then, I had customers coming to me all day saying how they've come back to buy again because of X, Y, Z reason.

And then I've had brand new customers who were amazed at the quality and the resemblance.

They've all walked away happy. 😊

And I've come home tired, achy but really grateful for the life I have working with my family selling a product I am so very proud of! ❤️
