What a wonderful day at Frinton the quintessentially English seaside.
It was the first trip to the beach for Loulou our puppy and she adored every minute of it. Especially fetching the frisbee and tennis ball and meeting other dogs and then fish and chips in the pub at Walton. We all walked 5km she must have done at least 18km! The sea and the blue skies made me think of lovely holidays in the sun. Definitely time to start planning! 🏝⛱🏖🚤

Just had a great motivational chat with a friend who has built a very successful business from scratch and she told me this great mantra that was told to her when she first started out.

'Judge your day by how many seeds you sow and not by what you reap!'

Just back from 3 days training in Manchester and want to apologise to everyone my fellow travel counsellors and the lovely trainers and staff around me for all my coughing, it turns out I have got a chest infection. I knew I felt rough. Really enjoyed the night out despite feeling awful! The satsumas travelled all the way to the premier inn for a three day stay and home again! I wonder why I’m ill? 😷🤧🤣
Can’t wait to start the new year of holiday planning and sunshine searching!
