Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.
I thought I'd do a little introduction to the journey im making & why did i get into the travel business industry.
I've been in Customer Service since leaving school & i love it, giving Customer Satisfaction has always driven me on, I'm sure my fellow work colleagues over the years would back that up.
I've built up an excellent rapport with customers over the years in all my work.
Why did i get into travel you ask? Well it's something I've always wanted to get into & thought it was something that would pass me by, then an opportunity came, a door opened in 2020 to set up my own business within the Industry.
This opportunity has given me the chance to learn new skills & train with leading business partners such as Tui, Olympic, Hoseasons & many more, also to meet many fantastic fellow Travel Agents who are just amazing.
The training is second to none which gives me the power to be able to put into action when helping you find that perfect Holiday. Coupled with my years of customer service, you can be sure I'll be working for you.
You can be safe in the knowledge that ALL holidays are ABTA & ATOL Protected.
I've spent the last year building up my knowledge, training & researching..& the wonderful thing is the training never stops.
