Welcome to Rosa Pines, a truly stunning 2-bed ground floor apartment finished to a high standard throughout. Comes complete with a large south-facing garden, patio, parking for two cars & far-reaching views across Haytor.

⭐️ Spacious throughout and ideal for those with low mobility. All doorways barring the bathrooms are large enough to get a wheelchair through. Ramps are provided on-site to navigate the doorways into the property and garden or where there is any small elevation ⭐️

🦼The property is equipped with accessibility in mind we have therefore provided the following disability aids that are always available at the apartment if needed:

1 x shower stool
1 x over chair table
1 x toilet frame with seat
1x adjustable back rest
1x portable bed rail

The en-suite bathroom is also equipped with handholds and has a walk-in shower.
