What a fantastic day discovering Delhi.
We had a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi where we walked the streets and visited the spice market.
The temples and mosques are all so beautiful, some give you gowns to wear and I find it really relaxing walking around barefoot.
We've eaten amazing food and met some wonderful new friends.

Tomorrow we have an early start, we drive to Agra......just a 5 hour drive 😁

A short but very sweet trip to London today. I met up with my middle son's girlfriend for lunch and a much needed catch up while he's in Vietnam teaching.
I'm honestly amazed every time I visit London, there are always places I've never been and today was no different. We got a barge from Camden to Little Venice then had lunch on a beautiful barge called Darcy Green on Grand Union Canal just outside Paddington station.
What a beautiful day, a lovely experience, good food and great company.......that's what it's all about ❤️

We all have that one place that we fall in love with and mine is Italy ❤️

There is usually a highlight or moment that stands out in my memory for every place that I've been but my visit to the Almalfi coast was different.......I have so many beautiful memories of this place that it's almost impossible to pick a highlight.
If I had to choose it would be the Blue Grotto, a short and sweet experience that will be engraved in my memory forever.

Good things that are happening this week......

I'm heading off to Spain to spend 5 days with my team (it's a work thing) I may be independent but there are lots of us independents and we make the best team.
The last time I was in this exact part of Spain was for my honeymoon nearly 32 years ago...... I can't wait to see how it's changed over the years..... excited!!!

Tomorrow is the last day I'll see my son before he heads off to Vietnam to teach English on a one way ticket......I'm nervous and excited but most of all I'm soooo proud of him for following his dreams. It takes courage and determination and I only wish I'd found my balls at his age 😂

After a busy week of putting quotes together for clients I'm taking today off to enjoy this weather. Hope it's sunny wherever you are 🌞

Happy bank holiday weekend ☀️

We have sunshine here today in the south and as it turned out it was the perfect weather for a trip to my home town of Brighton.

We had an amazing meal at Ivy Asia to bid farewell to my middle son who is off on his own adventure to teach English in Vietnam in two weeks time.

Of course as a mum I'm anxious but my overwhelming feelings are of excitement.....what an incredible experience!
It's not his first rodeo, he travelled around Asia a few years ago and has always planned this. So to think he's actually doing it now makes me a proud mummy.
He is living proof that anything is possible 😊

Hmmm........ I'm not checking flights to Vietnam just yet but never say never 😂

With vaccinations done and only 11 weeks to go, the excitement is building and I'm on countdown to my tour of India ........well part of India not all of it 😂

And I cannot wait to see these beauties in Ranthambor national park, which is just one part of the tour.

As I get older my bucket list seems to get longer but this has always been on my radar. It's the birthplace of my grandmother which makes it more special to me.
