I can recommend the mid October sun 🌞 in Denia a lot! The pools a perfect temperature for a few laps, and I had it all to myself, there were a few other families arriving during the half term time but out of school holidays it’s very quiet. Denia is still buzzing with full restaurants and bars in beautiful squares.
Get in touch if you want a bit of R & R in gentle sunshine.

Casa Ocho is a 2 bed room traditional Spanish mini villa set in a beautiful shared garden with a lovely pool just outside of Denia.

It’s situated 15 mins walk from the beach.
🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊
The house has;
A modern well kitted out kitchen
Wifi- tv- sonos - CD player
Fans and air con in bed rooms
Bed 1= double bed
Bed 2= 2 x single beds - can be pushed together to make a king.
A sofa bed in the living area.
2 bathrooms
A private patio with table and chairs to the garden view.
A private gated patio the front with sheds containing bikes and kids play stuff.

Denia is a town with lots of shops and a castle and a big market.
There are smaller markets in the surrounding villages of El Verger and Ondara. Lots of bars and restaurants.
🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏽🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴🚴‍♂️🌄⛰🏔
There are trails for walking into the hills and lots of cycle paths.
The house is perfect for families with kids as the garden is big enough to run wild in but completely secure!
We do have bikes ( slightly shonky ones) but it’s so flat it’s fine to get about on.
There’s a little roof terrace which is perfect for secluded sun bathing or yoga 🧘‍♂️- …and the washing line.

We’ve had lots of lovely times here. Let us know if you’d like to rent it for a holiday!
