The beautiful Coworth Park, Ascot. A perfect destination for a romantic night away or a luxurious treat with the girls.

I spent the night on Friday with friends at the luxury Coworth Park hotel in Ascot. It has a beautiful spa, extensive grounds to walk around, tennis and horse riding all on site. There are two restaurants, The Barn which is informal where they apparently do the best burgers (though being pescatarian I didn’t try one but I do admit they looked good!) and Woven by Adam Smith which is their Michelin starred restaurant which I’m definitely trying on my next visit!

We had a delicious afternoon tea on Saturday where the cakes looked too good to eat and everything tasted exquisite. All the hotel staff were so helpful and welcoming.

The rooms were all beautifully appointed and had everything you could need including phone chargers, Bose speakers, a well stocked mini bar and a roll topped copper bath that was stunning.

Sad today to be leaving this wonderful hotel right on the northern tip of St Lucia with clear views out to Martinique.

The hotel has a really chilled vibe and even when at capacity it still feels half empty with plenty of places to relax including two pools, many private sun beds in the grounds and the beach.

The accommodation is luxurious and many of the rooms have their own pools or outdoor spa baths. The food has been absolutely beautiful both in their more formal restaurant The Cliff and their beach restaurant The Naked Fisherman.

I am lucky enough to have spent 3 of the most wonderful days at in St Lucia. The island is absolutely stunning and Sugar Beach is perfectly located in between the famous Pitons. The resort offers total luxury without being pretentious and has so much to offer to both couples and families. There are numerous watersports on offer, a rainforest spa, the best gym I have seen in a holiday resort (high praise from me!) and there are lots of trips available including to the volcanic mud baths, waterfalls, boat trips and their beautiful botanical gardens. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I really don’t want to leave here today! DM me for more details.
