Have you heard? We've got Two New Stars on the Horizon for Windstar Cruises with the impending arrival of our brand new additions to the fleet Star Seeker, our first-ever Star Class newbuild, and Star Explorer. Arriving from December 2025 and serving 224 guests, each ship will feature 112 suites with full private verandas and infinity windows. They’ll also come with two new Owner’s suites with wrap-around balconies, perfect for evening cocktails or a private dinner, as well as classic Windstar features such as our Watersports platform, forward whirlpool bath, open bridge policy and world-class included dining options.

Star Seeker will sail in Alaska from May through August on 7-, 10-, and 11-day cruises between Juneau or Seward and Vancouver. After departing Alaska in late August, Star Seeker will sail to Japan to begin the line’s popular 10-day Grand Japan cruises sailing between Tokyo and Osaka. The ship remains in Japan through November.
