Siam Park Alto pool villa is the perfect holiday home in Tenerife. 🇪🇸

Just a 5 min walk to both Siam Park and Siam Mall and only 0.8 miles to the nearest beach is perfect.

The villa has been completely refurbished with brand new kitchen (we have 2) bathrooms and all new furniture.

The pool is lovely and private and with only 4 steps into the warm whirlpool bathe makes the perfect combination.

The super sized man cave has an All American Pool Table fun a table football table the perfect mix.

Ocean Dream Villa with its 5 bedrooms, 6 beds plus 1 bed settee, 2 kitchens, beautiful full sized heated pool (9mtrs x 4.5), lovely warm ocean view whirlpool bath, full sized BBQ, under the stars Gym area, games room including a full sized American Pool Table must be the best villa for families and groups in the whole of Tenerife.

Located in the sunny south just 15 mins from the airport, 6 mins from the beach and in a lovely residential area you will be located in one of the best areas of Tenerife.
The space
The very large villa is set on 3 floors in its own private landscaped gated grounds.

The ground floor is self contained with 2 bedrooms, a games room, bathroom and a kitchen. It has lovely direct access straight through french doors to the pool and patio area.
The pool heater’s can be turned on at your request although most Tenerife pools are not heated and those that are are usually not required until the end of November - March.
To request the heated pool this must be done 2 days in advance and there is an extra cost of €126 for the week)
I personally use the pool for swimming so prefer it not to be warm.

The second floor has 3 more bedrooms all with amazing ocean and sunset view balconies.

The third floor has the very large lounge / dining area as well as the second kitchen. The whole floor has access to yet another balcony with serene ocean and sunset views straight across to the other islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hiero

The pool area is landscaped and contains 10 sunbeds and a stylish stone dining gazebo with seating for 10.

Dining - there are several options of where to dine - around the pool on a selection of individual tables, in the pool dining gazebo (10 seats), the main dining table in the lounge, or on the balcony table
