Reminiscing roads that we have travelled over the years that have now been tarmacked. Dirt road riding is a bit different to riding on tarmac. If you like dirt road riding, then do get in touch with us for a little extra joy that you get from an adventure rather than just a motorbike tour. There are a lot of dirt tracks in Nepal, the tarmac is broken in many places as all the roads are being widened and it is a mess. Not to worry as we have a fleet of the perfect bikes for the terrain. So choose your bikes carefully when you come to ride in Nepal. Nepal has a lot more dirt than tarmac. In fact the tarmacs are all broken and sometimes worse than dirt. Hence our choice of bikes the honda crf250l for Nepal and the Aprilia and BMW when outside Nepal.

Bikes, bikes and more bikes. What bike do you ride? What is the road conditions like? what is the comfort level like? what is the tank capacity? petrol or electric? weight of the bike? how long do you ride it? these are questions we have been pondering over years. We have tried out all the possible bikes for the Nepali Himalayas. We finally settled for the Hondas.

Now there is a new ride in town that we intend to try out. Electric. Let us know what you would prefer. for the high mountains the electric is great as there is no noise and it actually has plenty of power. For all electric lovers out there, let us know, form a group and come be the first ones to ride the mountains quietly.

We often get asked if we do trips with camping or with hotels and lodges. Nepal is a beautiful country and we are riding to amazing places in the mountains here. We have often wondered what the best way to travel and spend the night in the mountains is for people. The camping route takes you to amazing places where there is no one else but the group, food is great as we have an inhouse team travelling with the team. Nepal is also filled with amazing hotels in beautiful settings. the camping equipment before was not the best but now we have glamping and not camping. The food is good either way as we make sure of it as a team. What do you prefer close to nature or a bit if luxury after a days ride? do let us know so we can plan things better for all of you.
