We made superhost again. We have 172 reviews averaging 4.97 stars. What an achievement. We never in a million years thought we would achieve this. It will be 3 years this month since we first viewed the old dairy to buy.

We did it again. For the 9th time in a row we have been given supervise status on Airbnb.
This is something they review every 3 months. And it’s only give if you maintain a 5* rating, and have excellent communication.
Everything we do is for our guests. We want you to feel at home in the old dairy and be relaxed and cosy during your stay.

For anyone looking for a few nights away in the cottage here is our availability until September. It’s getting booked up quickly. See below post

Only an hours drive south of Newcastle. Nestled between Barnard Castle, Bishop Auckland, Darlington and Richmond.

A short drive from the Pennines, high & low force water falls. Many local villages, farm shops and pubs. Located along the river Tees. Which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage through the church grounds.

It’s a stunning little village with a rural feel.

Dogs are more than welcome: we even supply bowls. Other pets welcome too. We have had a rabbit and a tortoise stay 😊

We have a fully stocked kitchen which can comfortably make a Sunday lunch with Le Creuset oven dishes, tea pots, jugs, salt and pepper shaker and Denby cups.
An easy to use oven, hob and microwave. And a dinning table which seats 4.
And we even supply a picnic basket and blanket.

A welcome basket of treats is also provided.

We have a spacious but cosy living area with log burning fire.
Netflix and access to other apps on the television.
A bookshelf with books, games and jigsaws.

It is one bedroom with a four poster bed and large 2 person roll top bath located in the corner of the bedroom just below the Velux windows.

To the rear of the property we have an enclosed private yard. A little sun trap. With outdoor furniture and log burner which can double up as a bbq.

Downstairs we also have a large walk in shower and toilet.

As well as a second toilet located off the upstairs bedroom.
