Morocco you never disappoint..
Family Time …
I have just returned from another fabulous stay at Hotel Palace Tikida Taghazout it is the ideal option for anyone wanting to experience an unforgettable holiday All inclusive with a good selection of Al carte restaurants, bars and beautiful gardens and the luxury spa that offers massages, hammams and salon services, and there's a gym for working out.

Set just steps away from the beach.
Morroco offers beautiful weather all year round and only a three and half hour flight from London or Birmingham making it a great place for a long weekend or family holiday.

This time we decided to see a lot more of Agadir and took a private tour.
Visiting many different places including:
Kasbah of Agadir Oufella place of memory, Place of History.
Mosquee Mohamed largest in Agadir this was built in 1960 after the earthquake.
Moroccan souks, and even an Argan Oil factory.
We also had a great day out driving Quad bikes through the dessert and I even decided to go on a Jet Ski …amazing what you do after a cocktail or two.
So many beautiful hotels to choose from and still so much more to see.

Another lovely review this morning.

Jo our travel agent was amazing! We had no knowledge of Central America and had not been abroad as a family for 11 years so we needed all the help we could get. Jo had lots of professional and personal experience travelling to this part of the world and she gave us lots of great options to choose from. Once we decided on Mexico, she was able to recommend some fabulous resorts and got us a great deal to stay for 2 weeks at the Akumal Resort not far from beautiful Tulum. It was the perfect location for us as we were able to go on several day trips to nearby Mayan ruins, Cenotes and a water park and only 1.5hrs from Cancun. There was something for every one to enjoy. The resort itself was on the coast and having gone for an all inclusive package, we had full use of the other hotels along the coast in the resort, all the amenities and a huge variety of food. The cocktails went down very well but best avoid the hotel wine. A few times we bought a bottle of wine with our meal which was expensive so mostly we avoided the wine, no bad thing.
The entertainment team at the hotel were great and I enjoyed beach yoga everyday with Abigail and we all played beach volleyball with some competitive Americans and Canadians and the kids also enjoyed water polo in the pool and football, tennis and games of pool in the sports bar. There was a huge variety of food, all of it was safe to eat at the resort and the water at the hotel was also safe to drink.
We enjoyed 3 fantastic day trips to Xel Ha waterpark, Coba Mayan Ruins/Shamanic experience/Cenote swim/visit to a traditional Mayan village and Sian Ka’an biosphere region where we saw turtles, dolphins, pelicans, crocodiles all in the wild. All three trips were fantastic days out.
Jo helped us with everything from tax forms to flights, transfers from the airport, vaccines needed, airport lounge, visas and was on hand to support us with absolutely everything. She is so professional and went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend Jo to guarantee a wonderful family time away. Thank you so much Jo.

Personal experience from customer celebrating her special birthday ........

Well my personal experience with using an online travel company offering no one at the other end of the phone, no communication, just one email!

We had checked in seats all booked everything was fine.
We were just getting ready to go to the Airport and thought I would check my emails. A generic, non-personalised email from the airline advising our flight had been cancelled until the following day.

We had checked out already, no hotel for the night and our airport transfers were going to collect us shortly.
Panic set in as I knew it wasn’t going to be easy to speak to someone and I was right no one was available on the phone.
We tried to check back into the hotel but with it being their busiest time of the year with spring break, they couldn’t help.

So the questions
Where will we stay?
Do we need to contact the transfer company?
When will I get home?
Do we have enough money to pay for a new hotel, food, taxi, transfers?

As suspected many hotels were full, costs had gone up and still no one had contacted me to make sure we are ok.

Many people would expect their travel provider to contact them, look after them but no… we had to deal with it all ourselves

To top it off the new flight details were all incorrect and then another email came through hours later, whilst at the Airport and still had another 3 hours to wait.

So who do I ring…..Kelly & Jo.
Kelly & Jo were great checking when the flight had left the UK just to just help keep us up to date and helping were possible.

We are now home from my fabulous holiday but know who we will be booking with in the future.
