I’m often asked if it’s cheaper to wait and book last minute? The answer is almost always no - flight prices go up as the more tickets are sold. Hotels offer early booking discounts. The closer the date of travel, the less availability and you may not get your preferred room type or even hotel. Scheduled airlines release their seats approximately 11 months in advance. Budget airlines differ. Look out for airline sales and flash sales. Otherwise It pays to book early
