I've e-mailed you all earlier this week. The trip is more or less full with 42 deposits paid. All of the planning is going well with hotels being booked, connections being sorted and hosts in regular contact.

With just over 4 weeks to go before we need the first deposit of £250 per person I just want to give you the heads up that 30 guests have paid so only room for 10 to 15 more. If you're thinking of coming, get your deposit in asap!

Good evening. A few answers to general questions being asked.

What if we are still not allowed to travel due to Covid?
We will move the trip on 12 months. Early October suits most farmers here and the weather is still nice in the States.

Who is organizing the trip?
Me, Emlyn Jones!! Flights will be booked through a travel agent, hotels through booking.com and internal arrangements done by friends in the US. I'm.doing it at cost so that it's an affordable price for all.

Is it mainly Welsh speakers?
No, we have a mixture of Welsh and English speakers travelling.

What extra costs will there be?
Everything will be in the price except day meals, night meals and drinks. We will have a bteakfast every morning at our hotel. It's up to you how much you spend on alcohol and gifts!!

Happy New Year!
We can now say that we are going to America next year!!
The total cost will be £2,400 per person. (Single room supplement will be added)
We will need a £250 deposit by April 1st 2021. The total will need to be paid by August 1st 2022.
You can pay it installments, in blocks or all in one go.
Flights can't be booked until November 2021 as you can only buy flights 11 months before you travel.
We only have room for 40 on the trip and as it stands the demand will exceed this. Paying your £250 deposit is the only way to secure your place.
We will be flying from Heathrow to Chicago on October 1st and returning on an overnight flight from Denver to Heathrow on October 12th, landing in London on the morning of the 13th.
Our hosts in the States are looking forward and the Oklahoma ranchers are pulling out all of the stops for us.

Welcome to the USA 2022 Tour page.
You have been added to the group after showing an interest.
The tour will go from October 1st to 13th 2022.
The tour will roughly cost £2,400 per person.
We say roughly as flight prices aren't released until 11 months before we leave.
The price covers
* bus to Heathrow and back
* outbound flight to Chicago
* return flight from Denver
* 2 internal flights in the US
* all transport in the US
* 12 nights bed & breakfast at 4 star hotels
* all day trips, farm visits and excursions

You will only need to pay for meals and drinks.

We will be requesting a £250 non-refundable deposit to be paid by March 1st 2021. You can pay the remainder in installments or as you wish.
Final payment due by August 1st 2022.

We will send information out regularly on this page.
