Here’s my top three places to have a sit down meal at Disney World.

This was way harder than it should have been, but that’s because (almost) everything is good at Disney World!!

✨Steakhouse 71

Based in the Contemporary Resort, this is just a short hop on the monorail from Epcot and walking distance from Magic Kingdom Park.

We managed to snag a last minute dinner reservation here back in February even though there was no availability when we were originally looking 60 days before our holiday - so it’s always worth checking even up to the day you want to eat there, you just might sneak in after all.

We loved our meal here. The French onion soup is insanely good, the cocktails are delicious and the chocolate cake is huuuge (and actually surprisingly light!) this will definitely be on our list again for our next trip!

✨Sebastian’s Bistro

Based at Caribbean Beach Resort, which has Disney Skyliner access, this is another one firmly on our must-eat list.

Sebastian’s is an all-you-can-eat family-style set up. You’ll have salad and fresh bread rolls to start, followed by grilled meats and veggies and you’ll finish with (IMO) the best bread pudding on Disney property. Yep, even better than Ohana’s!!

To top it all off, the service here is insanely good - even by Disney standards.

✨Teppan Edo

This place does not disappoint. Based in EPCOT in the Japan Pavillion, Teppan Edo is a Japanese grill restaurant that serves up grilled meats, rice and noodles.

Dinner here is a show, your chef cooks your food at the table on the grill. Tables seat 8, so if you’re in a smaller group you’ll likely be sharing your table with another party.

I had grilled steak and it was sooooo good! The balcony just outside is a great spot to watch the evening show (currently EPCOT Forever) over World Showcase Lagoon.

This year’s gingerbread house display is open at the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World Resort, and it is EVERYTHING 😍

This isn’t just a stunning display of edible architecture, made from over 10,000 pieces of gingerbread 😱. It’s an actual shop in the lobby of the Grand Floridian where you can by gingerbread (of course!), and other freshly baked treats.

The Grand Floridian isn’t the only gingerbread display, there are plenty of others to see across the resort. You’ll find gingerbread displays at Yacht Club, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Contemporary, Animal Kingdom Lodge and at EPCOT.

The displays run until 1 January 2024, so there’s still time to book your Disney World trip to see them, or book now to go and see the displays in 2024.
