Two years ago today, we welcomed our very first guests. It’s amazing how quickly time has flown and that we’re still here, greeting new faces each week.

To anyone running their own business, I have the utmost respect for you. Until you’ve done it yourself, it’s hard to grasp just how challenging it is. I’ve never been busier, but it’s incredibly rewarding to know we’re creating a space where people can relax, enjoy a wonderful holiday, and make memories with their loved ones. Thoughts like that are what keep us going on those difficult days when things go wrong.

Just want to say well done to Simon, who really does hold down the fort whenever I’m tied up with other work commitments. Who’d have thought we’d make a good team 😂
