Our holiday home has two bedrooms - a large master suite with a kingsize bed, a walkin wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The second room has two single beds and a wardrobe. There is also a large pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. All pillows, duvets and bedding are provided, however you will need to bring your own towels. The kitchen is fully kitted out with EVERYTHING you will need to enjoy your
holiday and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. We have a full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and hand mixer as well as all utensils, glasses, pots and pans. There is a steam iron, ironing board, mop, broom, hoover and hairdryer for your use. Outside we have a large wrap around decking area with secure gates and a glass balastrade looking out over a soon to be beautifully landscaped water feature, known fondly to us as Snake Lake because of to its shape. To the front of the holiday home, we have a glass dining table with 6 chairs where you can dine Al fresco. At the rear, there is a rattan corner sofa and table for you to relax on in the shade of the parasol. In addition we have a gas bbq for use by our guests. There is a 43" flat screen TV with Freeview and a dvd player in the lounge with a selection of dvds, games, puzzles and books for your use whilst at the holiday home. There is a 32" TV with Freeview in the master bedroom too. In the walk in wardrobe you will find a baby changing mat and travel cot for your use. This is also where the spare bedding is kept for the sofa bed and the ironing board. We are on an amazing plot on the newly developed area called The Pastures. The main entertainment centre is far enough away that you are not disturbed by the noise of the music or the jet skis, but is only a 10 minutes walk away. At the main entertainment centre you will find something for everyone whether you are on a girly holiday and want cocktails in the brand new adults only bar THE GIGGLING GOOSE or if you are with your children and need to keep them entertained at the vast arcade and activity centre. Other facilities include the SPITFIRE BAR where you can get well priced, home cooked food from breakfast to dinner. Many of the bookable childrens activities ie tie dye fun, build your own car and the outdoor cinema are all situated here. There is also the revamped PROPERLLER BAR which serves amazing pizzas and pasta to eat in or take away. Due to COVID this needs prebooking using the Away Resorts booking system. There is an indoor swimming pool, indoor splash play area, gym, sauna, steam room and an independent spa where treatments include facials, pedicures and massages can be booked and paid for. Outside at the main complex there is another bar, a snack van and lots of tables overlooking another of the lakes. There are two manmade beaches, an outside splash park, football court, mini golf course, adventure park, bike hire and the brand new heated LIDO which has a main pool and a baby one. This was a new addition in 2020 and is spectacular and makes you feel as if you are abroad whilst lounging on one of the many reclining loungers. Park passes are required to access any of the above and these now need to be purchased by ourselves on your behalf. You will no longer be able to purchase these from the Away Resorts guest services. When booking if you do want passes please let us know and the cost will be added to your Invoice. The costs are between £40 and £60 per holiday home not per each person. If you are looking to do some water sport activities take a look at JUSTWAKE which is situated on the park and offers bookable activities which include The Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Kayaks, Paddle sports and new for 2020 is a pirate adventure where you little ones can steer around a lake. Tattershall Lakes offers so much, but if you did want to explore the local area there is Tattershall Castle right next door, if you fancied a day at the beach there is Skegness, Chapel St Leonards or Mablethorpe around 50 mins away. Or if you are wanting a day out in the city Lincoln is 20 mins away. Here you will find some great shops, bars and also an amazing cathedral to explore. For the younger ones Tattershall Farm Park is a great day out. There is also the Kinema in the woods which is a fantastic art deco cinema. We are also next to RAF Connisby and are treated to daily practice flights by fighter jets and spitfires. There are a whole host of places to eat out at. Our favourite places are The Abbey in Woodhall Spa, The Leagate in Connisby and The Tattershall which is right by the park entrance. Then there are some amazing takeaways who will deliver directly to the holiday home. There are menus in the holiday home for many of these. In addition to this, all of the major supermarkets will deliver directly to the holiday home. Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am. The holiday home is non smoking. We are pet friendly but please do not allow the pet onto the sofas or beds. You can find pet water and food bowls in the broom cupboard next to the fridge freezer. The £100 Damage Bond is fully refunded within 5 working days of your stay, if not needed to be used for breakages/damage etc
