Hi Everyone - Thanks for checking out our page! We launched Skdadl this week and are in the process of continuing to evolve and build on the experience - so all feedback is very welcome!
The concept comes from the idea that we used to love going to travel agents and getting personalised recommendations of where to go on holiday, whilst that trend has died out somewhat with the growth of internet bookings we wanted to try and reintroduce some of that personal service through the use of a voice experience.
UK short breaks have become ever popular over the last few years and following COVID 19 will hopefully bounce back strongly too. At the same time there has been a huge growth in voice experiences and devices. Our aim is to make it easier for holiday makers to find, book and enjoy their perfect escape by using their voice.
We have integrated just over 6000 holidays cottages on to the platform from across the UK so far and are looking to continue that growth in the coming months, with a number of new partners already signed up.
