Just back from Kenmore, where Autumn has started to paint the trees in shades of yellow and orange. Scotland enjoyed such wonderful weather last week and we were lucky enough to spend time at our beautiful property, The Atrium, situated in Mains of Taymouth Country Estate in Kenmore, near Aberfeldy. The River Tay and the loch looked stunning in the spring sunshine, as did Ben Lawers in the background, still sporting a fine dusting of snow. Many thanks to those of you who had a look at our beautiful home in Kenmore. If you are seeking a short or long break in the Perthshire countryside, The Atrium can accommodate you in luxury. There are three double bedrooms, each with en suite. Two of the bedrooms can be configured as two single beds or one kingsize. The living area is open plan with a well fitted kitchen and the house also provides free WiFi and a hot tub. On site, there is a restaurant and well stocked shop, a 9 hole golf course, horse riding and plenty of lovely walks. The Atrium is situated in a wonderful South facing position and is perfect for outdoor adventure or a relaxing holiday.
The first floor spacious open plan living room comprises a lounge, dining area and luxury fully fitted kitchen with quality appliances. From the sumptuous leather sofas to the Italian designer marble dining table with 6 leather upholstered seats, marble coffee table, occasional furniture and luxurious rugs, your comfort is guaranteed.
The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen multi-channel TV and a state of the art surround sound system together with an extensive range of DVDs. For music lovers there is a BOSE music link wireless dock compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device.
The light and airy space is further enhanced by vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that fully open out onto the first floor deck area with seating and a gas barbeque.
Each bedroom with en-suite has been carefully furnished to create a distinctive and individual ambience, including wall mounted TVs with integrated DVD players. The first floor Oriental themed Master bedroom affords wonderful views of the beautifully forested Drummond Hill. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with zip and link beds to be either super king or twin.
At the entrance to the property, there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a cloakroom and WC.
