Welcome in the Lunar New Year of the Snake at the museum on Sunday 2 Feb with traditional music and dance including Dragon and Lion dance performances. Other activities include Chinese craft workshops, firecrackers, acrobatics and much more. Free, 11am - 5pm.

Totally Locally Leek - explore the award winning historic market town of Leek in the Staffordshire Peak District.

At Middleport Pottery there is so much more than a favtory tour; lunch in the cafe, a visit to the independent shops and workshops, a walk along the canal.

Absolutely worth a visit.

🍂🎃Pumpkin Illumination spaces left on 29th & 31st October! 🎃🍂

Join us for our autumnal evenings for glowing spooky pumpkins, twinkling fairy lights, autumnal hot drinks, artisan hot dogs, loaded fries and sides, cakes, and fluffy warm blankets!

Our gardens will be illuminated by pumpkin light and twinkling fairy lights. Admire our team’s & guests’ pumpkin carving handiwork, whilst we serve a menu of our amazing homemade cakes, special Halloween treats, artisan hot dogs, loaded fries and a selection of hot drinks including our Pumpkin Spice Latte, Ultimate Hot Chocolates & Gingerbread Latte as well as new for 2024 some treats for the bigger monsters including mulled wine and Bailey’s hot chocolates! Blankets will be provided, so if you go down to the woods today you’re sure of a big surprise!

How to book…
🎃 Bookings are open from 10am Friday 4th October. Please call us on 01538 702730 to make your booking. Bookings for our Pumpkin Illuminations are not available via our online bookings! We will take payment for hot dog and entry immediately, everything else will be paid for on the night.
🎃 When booking, we will ask for numbers of adults/ children and any dietary requirements. You will choose everything else on the night- toppings, sides, drinks & deserts.
🎃 When booking your table for our pumpkin event, you will be paying for entry & your hot dog to secure your booking. Your drinks and sides will be paid for on the night! To purchase each entry ticket, we will take a card payment via our card machines (please have your card details to hand.)
🎃 If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when making your booking.

We also had chocolate crackle and cake from KWHomebakes but there's only empty wrappers and crumbs from those 😋

Many of these are stockists for Keep It Local who open Staffordshire's first creative department store in The Potteries Centre tomorrow.
