Hi everyone,

So that’s me out of office now till 4th July. I have sent all tickets out on who is travelling up to 10th july, done check ins and all changes now complete.

I will be away at Glastonbury, as privileged to be working again this year and so fortunate to be able to work backstage. So I won’t have any access to laptop, emails or messages.

Can I just ask that no one sends emails to me as all my emails have gone down and anything sent in the last 4 days have disappeared.

Hi everyone,

Sorry I’ve been extremely quiet on this lately. But as many of you know, I’ve taken on another job as travel has just not been paying my bills and with still catching up on paying back what I lost during covid! I’ve had no option but to take on a 2nd job that I was so privileged to be asked to do.

I am still here to book your amazing and well deserved holidays.

I’d like to apologise if I haven’t got back to a message as quick as I’d like, but rest assured I will and I’ll do my best to get back within 24hours. But may not be able to help in that time frame. So if anything urgent, then please call customer services at Hays Travel.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are well, just a little message to explain why I haven’t been posting as much as I used to and also not getting back to all messages straight away.

I have had to take on another job as unfortunately Travel is just not paying my bills. Due to covid,I am still paying off a debt with all the cancellations that happened. You see, as a self employed travel agent, my pay is not guaranteed until you have basically travelled and if to cancel I have to pay back all the commissions owed on that booking. This is not new and always been the case, but none of us were to expect covid and the massive impact it’s had on us all. So therefore ive had to take on another job, (which I’m absolutely loving by the way). To keep me going. So my hours are reduced on travel side, and that’s also a reason why I can’t answer straight away. If it’s urgent then I will deal with straight away and not keep you waiting.
I’ve also had a lot of changes this month that had to take a priority as so many were travelling soon.

I am still here and not giving up on travel..so if you do need anything then best way to contact me is via WhatsApp, and if anyone who is waiting and needs to book asap, then let me know and I’ll pass your details over to one of my lovely colleagues if I can’t get it done straight away for you.
