The upstairs bathroom feature wall has to be one of my favourite parts of the cottage. I specify upstairs, because did you know that there’s 2 bathrooms?! Perfect for families or separate couples that don’t wish to share! 🛁🧼

A large and spacious dining area greets you as you walk into the cottage🏡 I just love that this is the first thing my guests see! (The shelf styling was one of my favourite and most exciting parts of finishing up ready for guests😌)

Today marks 4 years since the beginning of this magical journey at Quayside Cottage, therefore I thought it would be a great opportunity to say hello!☺️ I cannot quite believe how quickly the time has gone!🤯 To all of my guests that follow along on here, I would just like to say a huge thank you for making my hosting experience so enjoyable. A truly beautiful trip to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove the other day!🌊🚪☀️ Just half an hour from the cottage, it was truly a wonderful walk and sightsee! Even after the Summer, it’s still gorgeous🐠✨🏖️ The Seagull on the last photograph stole the show!😆

Wow. What a Summer. 🥰😍😊🌞 (THOSE BLUE SKIES…!) 🌅 I have had a fabulous, fabulous time in between hosting guests and I hope everyone that has stayed over the season has had a very wonderful experience and every follower has had a lovely Summer too! These are just a few “snaps” (NON FILTERED!) that I have taken over the last couple of months, all from the local area and walking/cycling distance from the cottage. {I wish I could add 10000 more!} 🌊🏝️👙⛱️☀️🐚

Now… onto the Autumn and Winter season and every booking really does count, so thank you to those that have already booked in advance! Time for cosy nights, blankets, autumnal walks by the beach or forest and quick 1 minute walk back to the cottage after a lovely late night dinner in the nearby restaurants❤️ !🍷🔥

Happy Thursday everybody!🐳

I added this little whale decoration the other day to the second bedroom! I think it looks so gorgeous on the original fireplace. I smile everytime I see him now😆 How cute!🥰🤗💙

Ps. Very difficult to “straighten” this photograph when the original fireplace is a little wonky!!!🤣 I love the quirks of the cottage haha!😅
