Ocean Blue is a beautiful large Grade C listed two storey apartment. Situated in the centre of the picturesque and bustling fishing village of Anstruther.

The entrance to Ocean Blue can be found tucked away within a traditional courtyard surrounded by a small cluster of old fishing cottages. Eight steps lead up to the front door where you are met by a lovely open staircase leading up to the landing. Here you will find a large family kitchen with a fantastic dining table that seats eight and great views over the harbour. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath and overhead shower. The living area is bright and spacious with a Smart TV and an electric wood burning effect fireplace. Here you can sit back and relax and enjoy the views from the comfy sofas. The master bedroom along the landing has a super kingsize bed which can be converted into two if required. Head upstairs to the converted loft where you will find a living area with a sofa bed used for additional sleeping space on one side of the house and another spacious bedroom with two single beds on the other. The stairs to the loft are slightly steep and the ceiling sloping at the top of the stair.

This stunning house has recently been refurbished and has been finished to a high standard. Perfect for friends and family looking to get away or for a group of golfing buddies wanting to be close to St Andrews. Ocean Blue has everything on the doorstep.

Great walks along the beaches and harbour, award winning fish and chip shops, excellent quality restaurants and bars and selection of local shops. There are quaint streets and lanes to explore and boat trips are available to the Isle of May the world-renowned bird sanctuary and nature reserve famous for puffins and grey seals. The Scottish fisheries museum is in Anstruther 100 yards from the apartment. This area is synonymous with golf with many local links courses and just nine miles from the ancient University town of St Andrews with its championship courses.

Alanna is a lovely cosy three bedroom cottage, one of a row of three, set back from the road just as you leave the charming village of Comrie and head into the stunning Trossachs and Loch Lomond. Take a lovely stroll into the village where you will find a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and local shops, all embraced by scenic countryside. The ideal holiday for a family or a small group of friends looking to explore this amazing area and perfect for walkers and cyclists. The River Earn runs along the front of the house giving it the extra wow factor.

The deceptively spacious cottage has a very good size private garden, which is lawned and enclosed. Downstairs there is lovely cosy lounge area where you can snuggle up by the log burner, fantastic fully equipped kitchen and a large separate dining area. Upstairs on the first floor is a bright twin room with lovely wooden shutters, a room with a single bed and a family bathroom. Head up to the fantastic loft conversion which is now the master bedroom with a private en-suite toilet and washbasin.

The house is lovingly decorated throughout and is warm and welcoming. A hidden gem.

The village sits in the middle of Glen Lednock and Glen Artney. Comrie has a range of local shops with places to have a drink and eat out. It is just a short 12-minute drive from the historical market town of Crieff and the very popular Crieff Hydro where you can enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities from quad biking, archery to zip lining. Crieff is also famous for whisky and its history of cattle droving. A visit to the Crieff Visitors Centre is highly recommended.
