With us...it’s personal
Working within the travel industry since 1993 gives me a wealth of experience which my clients benefit from.
What inspired me to become a Travel Counsellor was to be able to build relationships with my clients so I can get to know them and really understand what it is I should be recommending and booking for them. This has always been the most enjoyable part of the industry for me, to really find out what a client wants and then the fun of finding it. Being able to suggest a certain restaurant, on the sea front somewhere as I had the best steak there can’t be offered by an online website so makes us stand out from the rest.
I strive to provide a high touch & personal service and be dedicated to all your travel needs. We even have a 24 hrs assistance line based in the UK for those times when I am out of the office.
2020 has been a big year for us already, we are a Queens Award winner for the 3rd time. A finalist for Luxury Homeworking Business of the year and been voted the best travel firm for looking after their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic by readers of Money Saving Expert (Martin Lewis). I think this shows that we really care about our clients and backs up our strap line “With us… its personal” . It’s a privilege to be part of this well-oiled award-winning team.
