1. @hachikosush*tales the BEST sushi i have ever had. Up high and open air restaurant, not a sunset view but ambient setting, great cocktails, fabulous staff and honestly the best for sushi menu. *black cod recommended
2. @idol_restaurant fabulous setting, sunset view, split level, live music, really great food with a wide choice menu. Best for atmosphere.
3. @sunsettaverna worth a visit, in Amoudi Bay, fabulous views on the seafront, the most amazing fresh Seafood, book in advance and ask for a front row table. Best for Seafood.
4. @operamansion not a restaurant you can book but the breakfast at the mansion is another reason to book to stay, different options brought everyday on your private balcony with insane views. Best for Breakfast.
5. @varoulkosantorini BREATHTAKING Fine dining restaurant, set at the furthest point out on the landscape, this place will blow you away, the setting, the food, the staff, the view - stunning. Hidden away and a walk to get too but worth it for a treat. Best for Fine Dining and unbeatable setting.
TOP TIP - if you are a pale Rośe fan the Santorini wine called ‘Grace’ is right up there with some of the nicest and a much lower price point than the more well known ones on the menu.
