Tasty Tuesday! 👩‍🍳My hubby is currently in China and this was his meal this evening. China has some of the most interesting and varied cuisine I have come across. 🪨 FUN FACTS ABOUT ULURU 🪨
🇦🇺 Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, is located in the heart of Australia’s Northern Territory, rising 348 meters (1,142 feet) above the desert floor.

🛖 It is a sacred site for the Anangu people, the traditional owners of the land, who believe it holds spiritual significance and creation stories.

🌅 The colors of Uluru shift dramatically at sunrise and sunset, ranging from glowing red to deep purple, creating a truly magical experience.

🌌 The night skies around Uluru are some of the clearest in the world, making it a top destination for stargazing and seeing the Milky Way in all its glory.

🚶 You can explore the Uluru Base Track, a 10.6-kilometer (6.5-mile) trail that circles the rock, revealing ancient rock art, waterholes, and sacred sites.

💧 After rare rainfalls, Uluru transforms into a wonderland with cascading waterfalls, a once-in-a-lifetime sight for most visitors.

🧭 Uluru is over 500 million years old and was originally at the bottom of the ocean before rising to become one of the world’s most iconic natural landmarks.

🌾 The surrounding Kata Tjuta National Park, also home to the domed rock formations of Kata Tjuta (The Olgas), is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

🙏 In 2019, climbing Uluru was officially banned out of respect for the Anangu people, marking a significant cultural milestone.
