Jay would have turned 53 today , nearly 4 years have passed and although time does take the edges off it's still hard to believe that it actually happened. Mental health is a huge deal and can affect anyone at any time but help is available, you just need to reach out, all moments pass and what seems insurmountable will one day just be a bad memory.
Keep an eye on loved ones and don't be afraid to intervene if you think someone is struggling to cope.
The Brave and determined company is a great local charity that can provide early intervention counselling

Recent job in Shaftesbury for Bob and Pauline creating an en-suite and dressing room above Pauline's busy sewing room! I think a bit of weight was gained on this job due to the daily supply of goodies!!
