📜 Aprophite Hills Review 📜

We have just spent 7 nights at the complex and here is my honest review and recommendations.

We had two bedroom villa which was so spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
Bedroom 1 was a king size bed with an ensuite . The other bedroom was two single beds.
Then the main bathroom.
At the front of the villa, we had a small patio area with a comfy lounge set.
Leading off the lounge when we had a big L shaped sofa, a large TV with all the UK channels and Netflix . Was a wrap around balcony outside table and chairs and some lounges. House keeping once during your stay, fresh towels and bedding.

We had a communal pool for our village where the villa was, which was always super quiet and always a spare lounger throughout the day. No need to take your own towels the villa has them for you.

On-site, there was a large supermarket and bakery which served delicious fresh bread, pastries, pizza, salads and sandwiches. There was a seating area outside the supermarket if you wish to sit down and have a drink and snack on a cake from the fresh bakery. Supermarket was open from 7am till 10.30pm.

There was a Costa’s on site, pharmacy, Häagen-Dazs ice cream shop and a bank.

Then in the village square there were restaurants, which included Italian, kebab house, traditional Cypriot, Indian and a pub.

Let’s talk about facilities the complex can offer
Horse riding, tennis academy, football academy, biking, driving range and the golf course.

We hired a car so it’s approx 25 minutes drive from the airport to the villa. In Cyprus they drive the same side of the road as the UK.

We explored Paphos, old town, the harbour, the water park and various beaches.

One day we drove to Ayia Napa and spent all day and the evening, the drive is approx 1 and a half hours. We went to nissi beach and then walked around Ayia Napa town. Nissi beach id recommended arriving early as we arrived approx 10.30am and it was already packed. We did find somewhere to get sun-beds called Isola beach bar, the sun loungers were very comfy but did cost €30 for 2. So be prepared.

And finally it’s right by the airport so perfect to pop in for a meal before flying home. The lovely Bonamare Beach Bar & restaurant.

We had a fabulous time and a nice chilled, relaxing break! No setting alarms at 6am to get a sun lounger! Take it easy and make breakfast in bed, walk to the bakery or one of the one site restaurants.

We found on the evening, either chill and eat in, walk upto the square or drive into Paphos. If you don’t have a car no issues as there’s a bus service which picks up from the golf course and runs frequently.
