Throwback to our last night - amazing food, amazing wine, amazing sunset. Hora farm has been in continuous use since 384 BC. The area of Stari Grad (meaning old town) though probably already populated to some degree, was colonised in 384 by Greek settlers, from Paros. You can still see the original walls, separating the fields of lavender, olives and grapes.

Meet our extremely talented Chef, Harvey! He’s worked In 2 Michelin star restaurants and can cater for all dietary requirements, he can even make vegan food tasty, I’d imagine. When he’s not working with us, Harvey works as Chef de Partie at the best restaurant in Harrogate @stuzziharrogate .His playlists are pretty good too!
