Mindfulness Training Ltd. Mindfulness Training Ltd offers training in Mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioural approaches to me MBACP and Martin Wilks, MSc. C. Psychol.

Since 2008 we have been offering comprehensive, on-going, clinical training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a teacher development programme in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Now in 2013 we are also offering training in Functional Analytical Psychotherapy (FAP), taught by Joseph Kanter and Glenn Callaghan. Build your knowledge, practical skills and heartful experience of

Final call for our September 12th, Spectrum of Selves training for psychedelic assisted ACT training. Low income subsidised places are still available:

Expanded ACT for psychedelic-assisted therapy integrates ACT processes, IFS 'parts work', FAP shame work, and TIR for trauma exposure.

We just released a free training video that demonstrates two exercises you can use to apply the Spectrum of Selves model for Psychedelic-assisted Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The video is an excerpt from the UK and Republic of Ireland ACBS preconference workshop. This was kindly authorised by two others that appear in this edit of 30mins.
