About Me

When I started my travel career with Thomas Cook at the age of 18, I knew that it was the industry for me. After a few years building up my knowledge and experience, I joined the team at The Travel Village Group, a local, family-run firm with over 61 years of trading behind them. It was with Phil (CEO) and the team that I really discovered a passion for cruising and long haul holidays. I enjoyed providing unique tailor made packages, alongside the high levels of customer service that clients had come to expect from Phil.

The years in between have seen me marry my wonderful husband James and also the arrival of my two beautiful daughters, Annabelle and Ava. They certainly keep me on my toes and I wouldnโ€™t have it any other way!

The girls love to travel and experience new cultures, they are at an age now where they really appreciate the excitement of going on holiday. Our most recent adventure was Walt Disney World Florida, which was nothing short of amazing! I now consider myself a Disney expert after spending every evening for 12 months planning our trip!

Being a busy mum I can appreciate how difficult it can be to find enough hours in the day, especially for working parents, so I aim to bring this experience to my travel business, offering clients an out of hours service and being on the end of the phone outside of the average 9-5 work day, to discuss travel plans and arrangements.
