Happy Pineapple Day! One of the best places to enjoy Pineapple, and by that we are talking about the famous Pina Colada Cocktail. Whether you have it with, or without rum, the cocktail must be had on a pristine beach, with turquoise blue waters and Caribbean tunes playing in the background.

This one is a hidden gem for the adventurous families out there.

Suitable for teenagers as you will sleep in these very cool tree houses, that offer panoramic views of the jungle and sea below.

Tobago is one of the lesser known Caribbean islands and so there is no five star hotel on the island. But this is the beauty of it, offering barefoot luxury and authentic experiences that are only known by 'those in the know'.

Crete is a fabulous option for Easter Holidays, with average temperatures of 20 degrees and rising throughout April.

One of our favourite hotels keeps everyone busy with their own onsite pop-up shops, restaurants and outdoor art installations. Make your way through the array of food trucks and snuggle up on a picnic blanket for alfresco cinema nights. Check the schedule for open-air concerts, performances and events too. The resort also enjoys its own private beach.

Kids will love the eco-friendly playground – complete with a climbing wall and a skate park. Running trails, a flying fox zipline, shaded yoga pavilion, five-a-side football pitches and tennis courts will keep the active grown-ups busy too!

We love their self-catering two bedroom apartments with private pools, which provide plenty of space.

Work is well underway on the rebuild of Baillie Lodges flagship property Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island, three years after the luxury lodge was razed by bushfires.

Created by the lodge’s original architect, South Australia-based Max Pritchard the new property will bear almost the same footprint as the original, with 25 luxurious guest suites easing along the coastline newly reoriented to take in more of the ocean and coastal wilderness views.

Included is the new ultra-premium Ocean Pavilion which follows the ‘owner’s residence’ style private pavilions across the portfolio, and features a wet-edge pool, terrace and four bedrooms and bathrooms.

A new location for the Southern Spa allows space for three treatment rooms, a gymnasium, sauna and hot and cold plunge pools.

The $50million project will host up to 50 guests with opening planned for November 2023. Bookings are open now for this much awaited experience!

Perched above dramatic cliffs that fall down to one of the most beautiful, crystal clear, small bays in South Goa, the hotel is just a short walk to it, downhill.

Surrounded by tropical palm jungle in a large patch of land, the views out to sea are utterly stunning and it’s a wonderfully quiet, untouched area of Goa with some of the best beaches around.

This gorgeous little oasis sits in very pretty farmland and woodland just one hour from Jaipur by the village of Ramgarh. Surrounded by fields and low hills, it is an oasis of calm and serenity.

Guests could spend hours or days relaxing here, gazing out to the hills and hardly believing the ‘buzz’ of Jaipur is just down the road.

Stone, local artefacts, colourful rugs, oodles of space, soft lighting, private balconies and excellent bathrooms are what it is all about inside.

Going inland to untouched Bali, where panoramic views of the mountains, hidden waterfalls and local rice paddy fields can be found. This is Sidemen.

One of the best and only boutique hotels in the area, this abode is a home from home as soon as you step inside.

Warm and chic interiors await, mixing Balinese with European style. The restaurant has a fabulous vibe with dim lighting and there are lots of secret nooks to snuggle in.

I also loved their cocktail hour where I enjoyed an Espresso Martini for £2.50!

My boutique cabin in Uluwatu, where village houses have been restored and turned into these incredible spacious but cosy rooms.

This hotel is also a wellness retreat offering infrared sauna and ice bath therapy. I have to admit the ice bath was pretty painful but I got in, and then quickly jumped into the hot steam bath next door. Afterwards I felt renewed and incredibly energised.

A must to combine wellness with style.

The private pool villas are absolutely gorgeous and so romantic! They were testing out this private breakfast whilst I was there, which will soon be available for special occasions.

All villas are completely private and are huge, complete with a large bedroom and bathroom with outdoor and indoor shower.

I also experienced their private three bedroom villa with the biggest private infinity pool I have ever seen (see photo). I can imagine an intimate wedding or multigenerational family celebration here.

Reminiscing about Bali this week ❤️

It has been two weeks, since I last posted after a hectic but incredible month getting ready for and exploring Indonesia for two weeks.

I have so many new places to share and exciting experiences to tell you about.

I never thought Bali had great beaches until this trip. I was blown away by this beach club in Uluwatu, which I will now be putting into all my client itineraries.

I am SO in love with this bathroom that it deserve two photos, so you can see the bathroom as a whole and the dreamy view from your bathtub.

I will be in this very bathroom in five days time so can tell you exactly what it is like, however I am already blown away.

This private treetop abode lies in a secret spot around 20 minutes from Ubud and features just exclusive one bedroom villas. For the truly romantic and private among you, look no further.
