Adventures of my 1957 MG Magnette

Looks like a lovely sunny UK Easter this year.. all that’s missing for me is this perfectly restored 1966 Wolseley Hornet Heinz convertible packed with genuine promotional picnic gear! So grateful the super proud owner let me take a seat in his beloved car at the practical classics restoration show this year. He said he bought it from a lady who’d won the car in the Heinz competition and was very much enjoying the open top - I can see why. Amazing details, including a max factor makeup draw. Think I might need to make my own version for my Magnette soon!

It was all smiles Easter Event yesterday! An amazing turn out with so much to see. The first lovely cars to catch my eye were a gorgeous Porsche 912 and 2 rare Triumph Mk3 Spitfires! Had a lovely chat with the owner of my dream bright red sports car and he kindly let me take a seat. Safe to say it was love at the steering wheel ❤️

Nothing more classic than some English stunners parked up at Goodwood! Can’t quite believe this event was a few months ago. Time does fly by!!
The AC really caught my attention as it’s the first time I’ve seen one… I think it’s quite rare although I’m not 100% sure on the model… I’m also just a big fan of the colour green on sporty English cars 🇬🇧🙂

An absolute pleasure to be part of Martin & Helen’s wedding day last month. Such a lovely day… and such an amazing kind family. They made me smile throughout and supported me with thoughtful words of encouragement for my first wedding. A big thank you to for making this wedding car booking happen. It was a dream come come true. Whilst sadly my MG will have to hang her chauffeur hat after September I hope to be able to share her beauty as part of a new photography venture. But enough about me… just wanted to share these happy photos… I hope they bring you as much joy as I had taking them 😌

Beautiful morning for a beautiful car ☀️ My local was a welcome start for my big day today.. getting my MG ready for her first wedding and got to meet this gleaming Jag. The lovely owner wished me luck and gave me a much needed vote of confidence. Once again the classic car community shows it’s kindness

Great to see these 3 gorgeous MG’s.. and a mystery motor made into a mobile brewery! Brilliant to meet and his lovely blue MG Magnette ZB. Always appreciate people taking the time to chat classic cars at shows. Thanks again Dominic, you and everyone at the Scramble were a real inspiration!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums 💖 I often ask my mum for help in random ways. Here she’s model mum as I tested out how MG Maggie looked with both of us in wedding outfits! I know I’m lucky to have her. Sadly not everyone can say this in person today but we can all say it in our hearts. Made me also think about how many weddings have had to be postponed right now. Really upsetting but best to wait for a safer time
