FREE TRAINING! Yes you read that right. The Bex Regime is BACK BABY! I have been lax in my own training and I need to be inspired to run again. What better way to do that than to take 5 lucky people on that journey with me. Training will include a weekly plan, WhatsApp group support and a once a week group run for those based in or near Glasgow. This would be ideal for you if you’re looking to up your running game from 5/10km to half marathon distance. There will be short runs, long runs, strength and condition work and that thing we all LOVE doing after a run…stretching! It starts on 1st March and will run for three whole months.
