Sign Up and Step Out in support of the South West Coast Path and help us to protect the Path!

🙌 It looks like the sunshine is finally returning just in time for us to lace up the walking boots and hit the Trail for our Magnificent 7 fundraising walks during May and June.

The South West Coast Path is an amazing natural resource that brings health giving happiness to millions of people every year, but is under threat from extreme weather conditions and coastal erosion. We’ve supported the Coast Path for over 50 years and the costs to maintain, improve and protect the Trail have now risen to £1,500 per mile each year. Our Every Mile Matters campaign seeks to raise funds to support the work we do to maintain and protect the Path now and for future generations.

Join our Magnificent 7 Walks, meet the team, enjoy a coastal walk, and find out more about what we do as a charity to protect and improve England's longest National Trail.

🫶Join our walks and help make a difference.
🎟100% of ticket sales will go back into the Path you love.
🥾See you on the Path!

All eyes on the horizon – now’s the time to spot humpback whales! 🐳
There have been multiple sightings recently all around our coast! Winter is the time that these majestic animals that can be as big as a bus 🚌 are most likely to visit our Cornish waters.
Find out how to spot them and some of the fascinating research being done on them in our latest blog and podcast 👉 https://buff.ly/48EPEN7

Welcome

Halfpenny Cottage is a quaint two bedroomed Victorian cottage near the seaside and has real character. There is a fabulous (and dog friendly) beach within a few minutes' walk and two lovely pubs. Lelant train station is also only a few minutes’ walk away and going by train into St Ives should be done at least once during your stay; its an incredibly scenic journey and saves you having to park your car in St Ives (which can sometimes be tricky!)

If you are interested in coming to stay at this lovely cottage please get in touch and we will look forward to welcoming you!
