✨DISNEY CRUISE LINE IN SOUTHEAST ASIA STARTING 2025✨

Starting in 2025, Disney Cruise Line will begin sailing in Southeast Asia.

Disney Parks has published an article stating that the agreement entails a new Disney cruise ship berthing exclusively in Singapore for at least five years.

Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Chief Executive Keith Tan stated that the new Disney cruise ship would be an attraction in itself and would boost the tourism industry in Singapore for several years to come.

“This is an important milestone for STB and reflects Disney Cruise Line’s strong confidence in Singapore and Southeast Asia,” Tan added.

Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro noted that the cruise line is currently undergoing “an ambitious expansion with new ships and new destinations throughout the world.”

A Disney Cruise Line ship can accommodate around 6,000 passengers, while around 2,300 crew members serve on board.

The vessel is anticipated to be the first in the industry to be powered by green methanol, known to have one of the lowest emissions.

Currently, Disney Cruise Line offers cruises to the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Alaska, Canada, the Mexican Riviera, and the Pacific coast.

⭐️ DISNEY NAMES NEW SHIP AND REVEALS SECOND BAHAMAS DESTINATION ⭐️

Disney Cruise Line has revealed the name of its next ship and its plans for a second island destination in the Bahamas.

Disney Treasure – the second of three new-builds the line has on order – will be delivered in 2024, sister to Disney Wish.

A third Wish-class ship is slated for 2025. All three feature 1,254 guest staterooms and are powered by liquefied natural gas.

The additions will grow Disney’s fleet to seven.

Disney also plans for a second Bahamas destination – Lighthouse Point – which will be located on the island of Eleuthera. Disney are working closely with Bahamian artists and advisors to create a destination "that represents the natural beauty and rich culture" of the Bahamas.

Besides the island’s beaches, facilities will include a recreation centre, dining and shopping venues, a water playground, cultural pavilion and more.
