TIPI HERBAL WORKSHOP , RELAXATION AND MAKING WHISKS FOR SAUNA ♡♡♡
at Soomaa Holiday house 🏠 in the national park , wonderful stay indeed.
We enjoyed understanding local flowers and herbs as such , drinking tea from them and listening to the bell for relaxation.
We then made the whisks for sauna , as we then went on to have the guided sauna with herbs also with the same sauna master. .

thank you for allowing this experience for the group. It was a pleasan unique activity.

With a little bit of fear, a Lantern and nature , knowing you have wildlife all around you. It's time to go on a Lantern walk. Very calming experience just listening to nature and enjoying a walk in a unique way.

It was a pleasure walking the boardwalk through the bog and then into the woods ! We stopped for some warm juice and some biscuits. Definitely recommend this as it is such a nice different experience.

I wanted as an additional note, last Tues to Friday i was in Estonia & Latvia doing promotional work with the tourism board, and I also apologise and thank you for your patience I have recently struggled with some health issues at the weekend and this week , which was causing severe headaches and vision blurs and tiredness from an infected cyst by my head.
Plus today I am at a very dear loved ones funeral.
I will be back to work and catching up tomorrow afternoon moving forward.

The theme "Holocaust Remembrance for Dignity and Human Rights", was in London yesterday. BBC thank you for your airing of this yesterday very dignified.

Words can never comprehend the events for us to understand the horror here and how such evil flourished, but what we can do is continue to honour the victims.

Let's take a closer look at Estonia 🇪🇪

Estonia is small in area – just slightly larger than Denmark or the Netherlands but big in its traditions, culture and variety.

Culturally, it's located at the crossroads of Northern, Western and Eastern Europe. It’s the land of contrast where every corner offers a totally different experience.

At the same time, everything is delightfully compact: a few hours will get you from one end of the country to another, and you can quickly swap the mainland for an island, or the city for a forest.

If you are looking for inspiration, there's something in the fresh air in Estonia that makes new ideas come to life.

Despite having thriving urban areas, Estonia is best known for its natural beauty and wide-open spaces. Outdoor enthusiasts could plan an entire trip around Estonia's comprehensive bog network.
