gains Superhost status again! Take a look at the reviews from our fabulous guests! Don't let the winter months put you off - we have amazing views all year round, with a cosy log burner too. We have great easy access to the M4 corridor yet we are in a hidden location! Short breaks available if you need to get away from the hustle & bustle of daily life. We've proved really popular with guests both from abroad & especially the London area as they love the peace & quiet, yet we are easy to find & they also have access to all that South, Mid & West Wales has to offer
🏖 we are so close to loads of amazing coastline & you can even visit Barry Island of Gavin & Stacey fame! You can also visit the Gower within an hour & even Tenby in just over an hour.
🌄you can also find many great walking trails either here at the farm, & in the surrounding area, or you can get as far as the famous Brecon Beacons & Pen y Fan mountain range in an easy drive of about an hour.
🚴♂️ Bikes too!!! We are really close to Bike Park Wales & the Afan Bike Park - within 45mins. We also have a great cycle track here in our village! Secure storage for your bikes too!
🐴Horses Horses Horses - we have loads here for you to come & see! All our guests are given the option of coming out & seeing our horses. Everyone loves them & for many its a highlight! I can also recommend local riding centres should you wish to go on a trek.
🍺There are some great local pubs for food & drink, but the cottage is well equipped should you wish to cook - though you are on holiday so who wants to cook!!
🌞We have amazing views - you can just sit outside on the patio taking in the views & relaxing!
🐑🐄🦉You can see all manner of animals here!! There are cows & sheep grazing in the surrounding fields & absolutely loads of wild birds - the red kite here are amazing to watch.
🏪Shopping!!! We have a Mcarthur Glen designer outlet 10mins away & we are only 25mins from the vibrant capital city of Cardiff! with its range of shops & eateries as well as the stunning waterfront, that is Cardiff Bay. With many BBC dramas now filmed in Wales you can also take part in guided tours.
🎭 You can also easily nip out to catch a show - many of the top London shows also come to the Wales Millennium Centre - so much easier to get to than the West End! Also loads of interesting museums on the doorstep.
🌻Lots of great gardens to visit too, including the National Botanical Gardens of Wales within an easy 40min drive. Some nice parks & garden too within 10mins of us.
🏰Loads of history - we have many castles & stately homes with more lovely grounds to visit & several National Trust properties.
We have so much to offer here - so come along & take a look! We really do have it all in this little part of Wales!!!
