Cleaning Operative (Holiday Let Changeovers)**

Are you passionate about maintaining pristine environments? Do you thrive in a dynamic work setting? We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team. As a Cleaning Operative, you will primarily be responsible for holiday let changeovers, ensuring that our properties are immaculately clean and welcoming for our guests. Additionally, you will undertake various general cleaning tasks to uphold our standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting holiday let changeovers to prepare properties for incoming guests.
- Performing general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable.
- Communicating with the management team regarding any maintenance or supply needs.

**Requirements:**
- Valid driving license and reliable transport.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, with negotiable hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
