How lovely to receive this review yesterday from a guest who stayed at Ash in June:

Quite the most perfect place we have ever stayed in. Our host was easy to contact prior to our trip and remained extremely helpful and welcoming. Ash Barn was beautiful, immaculate and so much attention to detail , they had thought of everything. It is furnished with many local arts and crafts, making it feel so homely. We are very much hoping to return next year . Thoroughly recommend.

WOW What a red sky, photos taken on Saturday evening from the garden at Ash after a very wet & windy afternoon, amazing how the weather changes but so beautiful to see this.

Have you spotted these trees on the way down on holiday or on your way home again? Known as ‘the nearly there trees’ or ‘the nearly home trees’ Cookworthy Knapp is now quite iconic! Took these photos when out for our run this afternoon in the beautiful September sunshine ☀️

A lovely walk direct from Ash Barn on the coastpath to Helford Passage, great anytime of year, approx 6.5 miles passing by Durgan, & Trebah Gardens & at the end The Ferryboat Inn or nip across the ferry to Helford & explore Frenchman’s Creek.

We were lucky to have a couple of weeks down at Ash in the summer holidays, the garden is great in the evening to relax, bbq & keep warm 😊
